Subject: 2012 Leadership Conference
Dear Attendee,
I want to take this opportunity to commend you on your dedication to the growth of The Kingdom exhibited through your participation in the past weekend’s Leadership Conference. Some of us found the subject matter difficult and challenging and I can totally understand that. The 3 Colors of Ministry forced us to look at our gifts in a totally different perspective. One thing that has been proven to me over the years is that when we take a leap of faith and make a change as we did Friday and Saturday, we grow. By stretching ourselves and getting out of our comfort zone we expand ourselves. Although this conference revealed that we have weaknesses it also brought to light that we have many strengths. For this I thank God for each and every one of you.
Know that we have started the 3 Colors journey by taking the first step, we cannot stop here. This will be a focal point for Bright Star’s ministry and teachings throughout 2012, and the fact that you have garnered this knowledge will help propel these teachings throughout Bright Star. The next step is to complete a database of your 3 Color character and manifested gifts. This is very important as we do not want that person who does not like children teaching our children… Amen?
